1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:
• The item received is defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival.
• The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• In their original packaging where applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or personalized products made to order.
• Digital downloads or gift cards.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
• Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Email us at culturecanvasapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
• Step 3: Attach photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective.
• Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
• Step 5: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Please do not ship items back without receiving approval from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error: Culture Canvas will cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other eligible reason: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Culture Canvas is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:
• First, check your bank account or payment method again.
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.
